When you join Pay Equity Collective today, you’ll get access to our:

  • The Community (Free): Engage with our membership community by asking questions, exploring our free resources, and getting exclusive access to our upcoming events. This is a great option for those interested (individuals & organizations) in learning more about pay equity.
  • Level 1 Membership (Paid): Participate in our interactive cohort model hosted by pay equity consultants, Loftis Partners. Organizations ready to start a pay equity journey may join as a member in a cohort-model with 6-10 other organizations in the same starting place. This cohort model offers a new network of contacts for sharing and asking questions and coming together for learning sessions with an experienced pay equity consultant. The cohort is a 12-month membership.
  • Level 2 Membership (Paid): Organizations implementing pay equity now or have already implemented pay equity may join as a Level 2 member in a community of practice model with 6-10 other organizations. This community of practice model offers a network of deeply resourced organizational expertise in the pay equity space. These members also participate in a salary survey with Level 2 members with individualized reports for each organization. The community of practice is a 12-month membership.
